The SkinPen for microneedling doesn't necessitate extensive preparation like more invasive procedures. Additionally, 14 days before treatment, you should refrain from using any topical retinoids or acne treatments. Finally, it would be best to cut back or eliminate everything that causes your blood pressure to rise, such as alcohol, tobacco, excess caffeine, or salt intake over three grams daily. Before your session, drink about a gallon of water to maximize your skin’s performance.
